Want a poor 3rd person platformer with poorly imitated assassins creed parkour, poor AI, poor environment detection, and poor storyline?
THEN THIS GAME IS FOR YOU MY FRIENDS.

You will spend more time accidentally vaulting ledges and being detected or falling to your death than actually hanging from said ledge as you intended.

The AI is beyond terrible, with WILDLY varying responses to the same actions performed in front of the same guards after re-loading the area.

For example, if I were to drop from the same rafters onto the same carpet next to the same stationary guard repeatedly over different game re-loads, one of the following things would happen:
1. Nothing, allowing me the stealth kill.
2. I will immediately be detected, and enter combat.
3. The guard will be alerted (but not alarmed) with just enough time for me to kill him loudly.

Those are pretty much the only three things that can happen in this situation, and you have zero control over which one it will be, even if youve been 100% stealthy.

Personally, I get more fulfilment out of rolling a dice and guessing what it will land on.

This game rewards flawless gameplay with flawed AI and flawed environmental detection.

If you are going to play it, dont play on anything higher than medium difficulty, or the bugs and arbitrary as heck AI will result in your death more far often that user error, which does not result in a fun or rewarding experience.

- a horror game with puzzles and jumpscares

What you get:
-a point and click trial by error game that inconveniences you occasionally with having to start all over again.

An awful game. A series of unfair, one hit kill boss fights with no story to interconnect them.

The Good:
-Beatiful, maticulously crafted pixel art world. Every pixel feels like it was put there by hand.
-Easy to learn, difficult to master controls.
-Intuitive controller mechanism.
-Storytelling without words or dialogue, all imagery.

The Bad:
-The chain-dodge mechanic is unforgiving at best.
-One boss in particular gives zero ♥♥♥♥♥ and will kill you repeatedly, in an unfair fashion.
-The map is less than intuitive.

The Ugly:
-There is an ridiculous amount of cut content from the game.
-Kickstarter backers who paid upwards of $1000 to support the game were promised their own boss built from their ideas, but it never happened.
-80% of the content that is shown in the first trailer IS NOT IN THE GAME.
-The game feels incredibly short.
-I was expecting metroidvania powerups to unlock secrets/progress in the game. everything can be done with a gun and dodging, which you can do from the beginning.

Conclusion:
-I had high hopes for this game, but its features do not hold up to its beauty.
-It is not worth $20

Fantastic little indie game thats decently priced, fun, addictive, easy to pick up and difficult to master. Buy this game! You wont regret it.
