Basically the best flight simulator experience you can have on desktop. The simulator is very complete and usable without spending anything on addons. The default aircraft are a good starting point, and there are many advanced payware aircraft such as the TBM 900 by Hotstart, the Flight Factor A320 and numeorus aircraft by Aerobask. As far as freeware goes, the Zibo 737 is a brilliant simulation of the 737-8 NG and rivals even the best payware aircraft available. Photoreal scenery can be added to the simulator for free, which leads to a very realistic environment and a nice view out of the window. Overall, X-Plane is really unbeatable because of its great visuals and flight model right out of the box with out spending hundreds on addons. Additionally, the significant amount of freeware scenery and aircraft improves the value further. One important thing to mention is you really need a joystick to use X-Plane, even if it is just a cheap 2nd hand one. Flying the aircraft with just the mouse and keyboard is not the best way to experience X-Plane.

The best truck simulator out there right now (along with American Truck Simulator). Large and detailed map, nice selection of trucks with lots of customisation options
