good game. Wish Haruka's part was harder.

Just get good at the game and you'll have fun. Really, that's all there is to it.

This game is a improvement from 3, however it does have a few flaws but in which are mostly nitpicks. The most glaring problem is the just the confusing story line. In the beginning it's mostly tame but as it progresses it gets more and more bloated and complicated. Everyone backstabs each other and it just becomes really cliche. However the ending is pretty good, just beating on the guys who made your mind go through mental gymnastics felt really nice for a change. Also imo the hostess club thing is really boring. Overall it's a good game and is a staple yakuza game.

This is by far one of the best games I have played in a long while. I knew about yakuza long before I played it due to the yakuza 0 boom during 2016. Currently I have over a 120 hours in the game and I don't regret it one bit. The combat of this game is so good I could play this for hours without the story due to the sheer awesomeness and variety the combat can bring. The story is the cherry on top and just completes the package of just how good the game is as it just sucks you in and makes the characters believable and human. This one game has just sucked me down the yakuza rabbit hole and I don't feel like getting out. Overall, I recommend this game even if you don't like brawlers to give it a shot because you might like it as well.
