It used to be really a good game, never the best, but the concept was just perfect, unfortunately ubisoft led it the wrong way.

Dying Light has awesome story, even the best in my opinion.
so good animations, physic is real enough, Night is harder to survive and scarier,
there's many types of zombie (more or less scary)
sidequests aren't boring and sometimes even funny
the game also has interesting Easter Egg's
and multiplayer for 4 people
i recommend this game to everyone. Techland have done really good job :)

cool survival game, you can build your own house or even base and defend it against cannibals, explore whole world including caves, camp's or other unknown places, but its much funnier to play in co-op.

Best Sandbox game there's a lot of mods and maps.
