It just keeps getting better and better. The HD version in 2013 expanded upon and improved this classic game, the DE takes it even further. QoL updates, new civs, new campaigns, and more. A must own in my book.

A return to roots for Splash Damage, more reminiscent of ET and ET:QW than Brink. An excellent shooter, rewards aim and map awareness. Abilities are balanced so they are not preferred to guns. Mercs are *mostly* balanced, only a couple feel like they may need additional attention.

The maps that exist are well balanced, and now that they own their own publishing rights hopefully new maps will come soon that will expand the game. Biggest complaint has been the length of time on development in introducing new features or getting out of beta.

Overall, my go too game when I have time to sit down and play.

A classic that has aged as well as one might hope. For the strategic minded, and anybody that thrives on macro, micro, and multi tasking. Easily makes it into my top 3 favorite games of all time.

This continues to get better, the additions and work that have gone into continuing to update this game are fantastic. If the netcode/networking aspect could be worked out I'd probably rarely play another game.
