Awesome Game!

If you want and like to be scared but are sick of regular jump scare horror games. This game does the trick! I've played 9 hours so far, and i still find it absolutely terrifying! I also still haven't seen all of the ghosts and every contract you do genuinely feels different. I have only played in VR and haven't had any major issues. I cant vouch for how it feels non-vr.

This one time, we were being hunted and i was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself running to the front door. My friend was yelling to hide but i had nowhere to go. Somehow i managed to shove my head through the door and keep pushing until i eventually got out. 10/10 game helped me out. That hasn't happened since but damn was i pleased to glitch through that door!

As a big alien fan i really enjoyed this game. The atmosphere was great, the graphics are beautiful and the music is fantastic. The campaign only took about 8 hours to complete which is shortish, but it does have a good replayability factor. I look forward to playing it again on Intense mode and progressing through the difficulties.

My personal negatives are: The aliens during their spawn sorta follow a single file path until they reach a certain point, so during the earlier levels, your kinda just shooting them as they spawn single file. But when you get overwhelmed, its hecka fun!

Also my big negative. The queen. maybe mild spoilers here. But i had my heart set on some grand battle against the queen and finding her nest aliens style. The queen part of the last level had her as a chase sequence, but for us she was kinda stuck at the start and we only saw her briefly and she was super easy to outrun. It was kinda disappointing and it doesn't seem like you can actually kill her at all. The game could've done with one more level in which you fight the queen or just made her a more vital role to the story. Her well crafted model and design sorta went to waste.
Maybe we can expect a DLC with her? Maybe? Please?

And another negative for me was the lack of cut-scenes. I think that was a missed opportunity with the level of detail the graphics had. Especially at the end of the last level it just sorta ends. It would've helped tell the story a bit better than just reading/listening to dialogue.

Other than that, it was a great alien game that any fan will enjoy and i'm happy that it exists. I just really hope the game is successful enough for them to do proper DLC and not just the planned cosmetic DLC as i really couldn't care less about cosmetics tbh. I just want to mindlessly kill more Xeno swarms.

impressed with this game, ive played about 10 hours. Theres a heavy grind, but thats what makes it good is the dificulty and finally finishing yout base feels good (even if it doesnt quite have a roof yet) It is hard. But dont let this put you off, its EA so be pateint with the mehcanics of everything, i really like the ai hunters, theyre well done! for a solo dev im very impressed and look foward to the futre of this game!

This game is awesome and the most fun ive had in ages, i couldnt care less about the microtransactions. It doesnt affect gameplay it just there for people who want diffrent clothes. So what? they need to test it right? so let them.
