This seems to be a new scam cropping up to phish your information. If someone you know sends you that link for flast crown and asks you to vote for their CS:GO team report their profile as potentially compromised. It seems to be done through bots, they don't respond to conversation.

The website itself is "Too new" to be verified by the internet as safe or not yet.
