update the cheat menu plssssssssss

Hello there, I am Advanced cheat menu`s s_chinese translation author. I have some script questions and want to ask you. can you apply through my friend requests?

@Жук-Мироточец Upgraded artifact creator is on the way. I will release the basic version just in a moment and will add custom modifier selection later on. After that traditions. After that rework of the character spawner, as it is too cluttered right now for my liking.

Too bad that dude's mod was deleted, it had more features. I hope you will someday implement what he did.

Thanks for your comment. As you can see on that mod's page. People are accusing me of things I haven't done.

Or just because I had to take a break due to passing away of my grandmother and hadn't time to update the mod with new features. It was okay to use my work, without asking permission. Which is against Paradox Interactive's Term of Use, but they don't want to do anything about it and they told me to DMCA strike it.

I deliberately made my mod as modular as possible, so if someone wanted to change stuff or add stuff to it. They didn't need to change everything about it and could just add my mod as a required mod. But he deliberately went out of his way to steal it, and change every reference to my mods naming conventions.

Basically removing everything to make it look like it is his work rather than mine.
