Love the music and visuals. Though gameplay is very anti RPG, and is closer to an adventure game where strategy guide or use of wiki + steam guide is a must. Even with gripes I have with this game its still worth going through it for its characters and plot.

Extremely adorable game of series you know and love. Its not metroidvania like the first game on NES, instead it has locations with different levels for each revisit which you need to do if you want to collect everything the game has to offer. Art style, characters and sound effects are cutest thing ever. Would even say cutest out of all Hebereke games that I know off. Only thing lacking in Ufouria 2 is lack of post game content like true final boss, playable Ufouria 1 section (spoilers) which the ending showcased , and it does start to feel repetitive after you went through all the levels this game has to offer.

HUGE TIP
Prioritise money collecting upgrades and avoid spending on optional upgrades because most of them are useless except hard mode. The reason for this is because there's an achievement that requires you to have huge amounts of money, which gets far worse if you buy all store items before you start hunting for it.

Good collection of games, best format 9 and 10 have been released by including all the extra DLC alongside with new extra challenges (though they didn't bother re-implementing 10's unused co-op mode which is a shame). But this a mixed review from me because they decided to completely ditch 4:3 aspect ratio support. Only get this if you want to justify replaying them through custom challenges and achievements.

Even if I meet the minimum specs requirements, recommended specs is almost met expect on cpu (i7-6770k instead of i5-8400), DS games suffer from running in 10 fps lower than it should be, making this collection not enjoyable for me. Going to have to refund it until they fix on its performance issues.

I can no longer refund this game because these sick child grooming freaks waited for +6 months until it was too late to refund the game, then forcefully pushed a new (((update))) which objectively ruins the game. Public witch hunting should be legalized because these freaks are never going to leave normality alone.

Technical and gameplay aspects broken due of game behavior changing at its own will (sturdy boxes at certain bonus levels break at 2 or 3 jumps instead of 5), full jumps getting cancelled mid-air, v-sync not helping the game perform or function any better, long loading times on M2 SSD, and platforming on Crash 1 becoming more frustrating because of Crash's collision being oval/circular shape instead of being boxy like in the original.

Chances of this remake getting its issues fixed is pretty much zero, so I advice you to either try it on PS4 (locked 30fps and long loading times, but hopefully doesn't have most of the issues listed), or play the originals.

Online beta tests got an abrupt end because Nicalis treats its customers like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ school class. ♥♥♥♥ you Nicalis for this immature and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ behavior towards literally everybody who plays this game. Malding this hard over dataminers discovering secrets of yours is beyond delusional.
