This game is hands down the best horror game I've ever played. It is truly unique in the sphere of horror games due to its incredible but terrifying story that ties the entire game together.
I can't even put into words how thrilling the atmosphere is in SOMA. From the beginning of the game to the very end you will be on the edge of your seat trying to get to the bottom of how this complex, yet so simple story ties itself together. But not only that...

It's the adventure. The journey through each segment to the final destination is what's so wonderful and memorable about this game. The personality of each environment, astounding level design, immersive sound experience, really well written characters and incredible graphics for it's time are the aspects worth mentioning. When I finished it in my first playthrough I was speechless. By the time I'm writing this I have completed the game twice! (edit, i finished the game for the third time haha)

I honestly don't think any game will ever come close to the experience this game gives you. It is genuinely mesmerizing and, in my opinion, a very underappreciated piece of art.
