An Australian developers take on a card-based Rouge-like. Themes of Slay the Spire mixed with ♥♥♥♥ You, because why not. It's a lot of fun, and seems simple at first, but later levels are punishing -- hence living up to its name.

Recommended. Just be prepared to cry a lot. It is, after all, the the Ring of Pain.

A fun romp whose strategic depth belies its first impressions.

This War of Mine is a beautiful game. Although you think you've seen enough of the cost of war in mainstream media, nothing will bring it home like this game. It is unique in that it gives you another perspective on the wealth of games you play, which lets face it, are often you as the hero shooting up the bad guys.

Here, in this game, there is no good and bad, no sides. Only survival. And how far you will go to survive yourself and -- in the end -- you're simply left with the results of your decisions. You may find yourself a new perspective to war in this game, and I can't recommend it enough.

Brilliant FTL-like with an engaging story to boot, highly recommended.

Excellent co-op game with friends or randoms. Brilliant design and humour while mixing FPS and a little strategy with upgrade paths for multiple classes. And you can buy beer. And go on missions drunk. What more could a dwarf ask for?

ROCK AND STONE BROTHER!

I don't write a lot of reviews, because I can't be assed. So if I write one, it must be something special.

And I'm not a huge fan of zombie games, but here I am writing a review for a zombie game.

That's lightning striking twice. All you need to know is that this is some of the most fun you'll ever have playing on your PC. So just shut the ♥♥♥♥ up and buy it.

This is actually quite good, starts a little slow but gets good fast, and the list of cameos is fantastic!

I rarely write reviews, but Portal Stories: Mel deserves one. If you loved Portal, there's no question you need to play this. The puzzles are brilliantly hard, the story is simple but amiable, and the ending is a perfect prequel to Portal itself. Don't be put off by early level design, that's just the designers easing you in. Later on the levels become both beautiful to look at and brutually challenging, leaving you with an awesome sense of accomplishment when you solve them. Don't look up solutions, sleep on them, and you'll find it far more rewarding.

Just one more thing left to say: Valve employ these people. Right now.

One of the best games you will ever, ever, play. Buy it, play it, complete the Daud DLCs, and come back and thank me.
