Just Yes!
But make shure to have at least gamepad. Almost imposimble to have comfortable gameplay with keybord/mouse only.

I wish there are more traffic rules, at least some game mode. But anyway this is an awesome game, as a game. And awesome as a simulator if you have a full set of driving controllers
