free game with no micro-transactions. great gameplay with a boneheaded story. servers are sparse but there are diehard fans still playing today. it's a perfectly fine game.

got this game on launchday nearly 13 years ago. I enjoyed it then, and I enjoy it now.

Sucked when it came out, still sucks today. Not even multiplayer is worth the $9.99 price-tag. Do yourself a favor and buy all the others except this one.
