Do you like mid-to-late 90s fighting games like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Darkstalkers or Marvel vs. Capcom?

Do you like scantily clad anime women, who's heads can be taken off and used as weapons, making sexually suggestive wisecracks during the match? Do you like bewbs? Hardcore jiggle? Panty shots?

Do you like in-depth tutorials that you're gonna forget once you actually start playing?

Do you like getting stuck on the same OP boss for an hour or longer?

Do you like literally putting the controller down when you get stuck in a 22-hit combo that you can't get out of? How about a 50-hit combo?

Do you like fighting games with weird, vague storylines about parasites and amnesia and skull hearts and kidnappings?

If yes, you'll probably like Skullgirls.

Hitboxes are broken and don't match the animation. Hurtboxes are broken bubbles that don't match the animation.

Axe is broken. Teros is broken. Xull is broken.

Ranked matchmaking is kinda bad. I sometimes get matched up against players with 1000 more ELO than me in a completely different tier.

Lances have weirdly-stacked hitboxes. Hammers have extremely generous hitboxes. Some weapons can hit up through the platform while others can't. Some side sigs can hit you even though you're behind the other player. Some side sigs can hit you even though you're above the other player. Some dsigs can hit you when you're way above the other player. Sometimes your hurtbox is in your feet.

Hit priority is broken and clash is weird. You can be in the middle of an attack, half way through the animation, and your opponent's attack can cancel yours out even though you did yours first.

Spammers run riot in casual modes and lower tiers of ranked.

Lag, random teleportation, freezing, input delay, rollbacks (looks like you hit the other player and you hear the hit sound, but they actually dodged and you just didn't see it)... all rather large problems.

Wall touches sometimes don't register. You'll touch the wall (literally be sliding down the wall) but still fall into the void because the game didn't register it and you have no more jumps or recovery. Sometimes this results in losing 3 stocks. Other times this results in another player taking a stock even though they didn't actually touch you. Sometimes jumps, recovery and dodge don't reset, even though you know you have 1 or 2 jumps or a dodge.

Very fun. Would waste another 1500+ hours playing.

Very fun & addictive game. Good time killer.

Simple but stylish artwork, creepy atmosphere, great soundtrack.

Doesn't take long to get through single player (about an hour or less), but multiplayer is tons of fun.

Super easy, 1-button controls.

Seems pretty well-balanced. Variety of enemies & variation in the arenas.
