You'd be better off getting the original two separate games. For some reason, they removed the settings menu. This means you can't change the graphic settings, the sound settings, or the control settings. Some of us don't have top-of-the-line computers and need to turn the 3D way down so it's playable. (When I reached the 3D part in Evoland 2, my FPS dropped to 10 (at least on the Steam overlay's display) but it felt way slower than that. More like 10fps but the game runs at like half speed or less. It feels like this is one of the console versions ported back to the PC, which was completely unnecessary.

I loved the hell out of the first TJ&E game, and this is more of the same with way sharper graphics. Edit: Also, a lot more presents, 9 playable characters, and unlockable hats, because every game needs hats nowadays, dontchaknow.

I haven't had a chance to try the multiplayer yet, but the fact that it includes split screen in a PC game released in 2019 is absolutely fantastic.

If you have not already been ruined on Undertale by the hype and rampant spoilers on social media, and you like JRPGs even slightly, buy it now and play it. It's only $10 ($8 on the Christmas sale) and while the graphics are NES/SNES era, the story and characters make up for it greatly. I have played through the game multiple times in different ways, and it's fun every time.

When I first played it, all I knew about it was the tagline. ("The RPG game where you don't have to destroy anyone.") Because of this, I was so determined to never use the Attack command, (endgame spoiler) it took me entirely too long the first time I reached Asgore to figure out that I had to attack him to progress. Though I didn't make the common mistake of (end of first-area spoiler) killing Toriel, which is apparently common because her name never turns yellow.

If you like games of this genre (open world games like GTA 3 and so on) this is a great one. The self awareness is hilarious as well. (Also take note there are two DLC packs not mentioned in the game's DLC list; search the store for "Saints Purple Ops Pack" and "Maximum Pleasure Pack" to find them.)

If you're in doubt whether to get this game, try the demo. If the narrator doesn't completely sell you on the game in the first two minutes, then you wouldn't recognize awesome if it bit you in the ankle.

Magic and Magic Online are relatively expensive because you have to pay actual money for cards. If you want the fun of Magic without the expense of buying a lot of cards, this is a good game. It has fixed some of the problems plaguing the previous version (push-to-talk mics, team-based multiplayer not requiring a team to be at the same computer) but still retained some of the problems (no text chat, auto-selection of mana to tap.) Overall, it's not bad, but the netcode can be pretty wonky at times.

The demo sold me on this game. The art style is anime-ish, and the voice clips are still in Japanese, but if you can deal with that it's a really fun store simulator / action RPG. If you have any doubt, try the demo and completely disregard the art style.

It's by Telltale and it has licensed characters in it. The fact that it's a single-player poker game is completely incidental. For 5 bucks, you can't go wrong.
