I have played only mission #1 'Black Flag' 5-6 times yet but it was fun. I played with Thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS One and i had to setup my joystick buttons and axis manually. I've shared my settings below. I highly recommend getting this game if you have interest in arcade dogfight games and have an controller/gamepad or an HOTAS. There are three camera views, one is cockpit view which is default, other is third person view and lastly what i call the HUD view. I prefer to play in either 3rd person or HUD view. Check my screenshots of this game for the same. For my first mission I relied heavily on homing missiles but we can carry upto 4 different types of secondary weapons by my reckoning. Do pick up this game if you want during a sale , its worth playing. Unlike Ace Combat you are not required to have played previous game and this one comes in VR too if you have that.

From what i understand you are a pilot in a group of mercenaries that takes on odd jobs in an post-apocalyptic world which still has warring factions. You have to fight both air to air and air to ground in first mission. I found that playing the mission/s multiple times granted me cumulative credits to unlock-purchase new fighter planes. This is one of the best arcade type flying game currently available, hence i urge you to try it.
