We have also established camps and triage areas in the surrounding environs I repeat, you must evacuate the city at once. While there was certainly a great benefit in destroying the citadel's teleport core, we have detected one rather unfortunate side effect It would appear an inevitability that very soon now, the citadel will be consumed in a destructive event whose magnitude i cannot currently estimate with any certainty, except to say that it will almost certainly irradiate an area of many miles' radius. There fore, I repeat evacuate city 17 at once if not sooner! i cannot state this without enough undue emphasis! on a lighter note, if you are already in one of our designated safe zones, i feel obliged to point out that a more fortunate side effect of the reactor's destruction is the complete removal of the combines reproductive suppression field. Previously, certain protein chains important to the process of embryonic development were selectively prevented from forming. This is no longer the case. For those so inclined, now would be an excellent time for procreation which is to say, in layman's terms you should give serious consideration to be doing your part for the revival of the species. We must make the most of the time we have, as it is by no means certain how much time we have secured ourselves before the combine attempt to restore their dominion, as they certainly shall. since this is in fact the first opportunity we have had to speak openly of the baleful influence of the combine, there is much ground to cover and in fact i hope to institute a series of useful bulletins in the days ahead. however, for now, we will have to content ourselves with some relatively meager exposition. the destabilization of the city 17 reactor has had repercussions that were not entirely unexpected, although we hardly dared speak this hope ahead of time, the destructive pulse forced a damper on the entire network of linked citadel reactors, Thus, for the time being, i believe that all combine portals have failed completely, as well as all communication systems based on that technology. In addition to the completely xenotheric species, there are many modified post human allies still remaining on earth who will be doing the utmost to re establish lines of communication and supply with the larger forces. This is one of the most fun FPS game i ever played. I am 43 though as of writing this review and i played it for the first time between 2006-2008. The tale continues from Half - Life and the action is even more intense, Its visually beautiful and has a female side character Alyx who is friendly and fights alongside you. I remember feeling vertigo when climbing the bridge in one level, chucking grenades to take out snipers feels very satisfying too. Shooting rockets to down airships is fun too. The level design is topnotch. Water looks great and you get to drive a hovercraft as well as a buggy in this game. You start with a mere crowbar and the weapons get intense as you progress the story. If you like FPS , this is a game one mustn't miss. You can get this as a part of the Orange box or Half - Life collection, i did the latter. All in all this is a fun game which i enjoyed a lot. The game ages well.

This is the first Far Cry game that I actually liked and was able to play. I saw the walk-through of this game in 2012-13 on theradbrad's channel and that is how i came to know about it. I learned how to play this by watching him do so. I enjoyed this game a lot and can assure you that its a must play. If you ever want to begin your Far Cry journey you can do so with this game.

The story, the action and the gameplay rocks. Get this game....asap.

It came as a part of CS Anthology collection I bought for 499/- from a retail store. The first package had a key with characters missing so i went back to the store and got it replaced. It sure turned out to be a good purchase. I played it for a while. The Internet was crappy in 2006 , just 256Kbps so it was a tough job to download these kinda games. There were servers with ping around 60ms where i played this. I wasn't very good at this but it was still fun at times. Playing online has always been difficult since the crowd can be rude. My friends didn't play these kinda games so I had no one to team up with.

Good times. Bought it for 141/- and has been more than worth it.

Was a fun game , i was able to solve 90% of the puzzles on my ownsome. Coop isn't shabby too although its hard to find people to play with. This is one of the best games of its kind , the other being Portal.

Very few games will be as fun as this one was. It was an absolute delight to play this game. The action was top notch and game visuals holds up even to this day. Try it on a 4k display(i couldn't but saw SS taken at 4k). Multiplayer was fun too even though i died a lot. The multiplayer maps and modes are still cool albeit not active now i guess.

My first batman game , it was Ossum

You'd have to be brave to play this game blind. Some of the skirmishes are epic, like the one in the club. I admit i didn't play it blind. Extremely well made game ,that doesn't let one down. The multiplayer rocks too though trying too hard and expecting too much doesn't help.

con - its hard to animate and program smart Xenos and Predators...thus i've heard AI isn't that great (The only solution is to play vs Humans in multiplayer but that isn't possible now as players have moved on)
