- Current problems with the game:

[1] Don't expect much out of the combat system / fighting.

[2] lack of content ( once you've beaten the bosses there isn't much to grind for. You're left with a sense of non-fulfillment due to the lack of content.
I feel once there is an abundance of bosses, which should be added regardless of DLC the game will be more fitting.
Currently to have efficient or a decent auto-farm things have to be larger scale, but whats the point making such a larger scale farm when you really don't need it.
100HRS+ clocked, game finished and my farm is maybe only 200-300 seeds.
Played this on hardcore as well, and it didn't feel much of a challenge.

What this game needs:
>Harder leveling, inc level / dmg / scaling
>Better bosses, more bosses, better boss mechanics + harder mechanics
>If you're not going to add more bosses at least add ''NEW GAME +" scaling system for when players finish the bosses they can reset/go to the next tier.
>More electrical items to make things simplistic for transfer of items or just in general a bunch of extra electrical items to make things smaller and more efficient.

We should not need to wait on Mods for any of these things, this needs to be apart of the game I feel to make it that little better.

I find the current combat mechanics aren't polished enough to find myself happy with the simple mechanics. Hopefully at full release this is more polished

The ability to throw items would be a nice addition 3sq tiles

- Be cautious when using mods, they can break the game

- Always make sure you save and exit

I should be writing a review but this is more of a warning.

I have played this game for many years, it's had it's up and downs.
CS:GO was the prime time of this game.

CS2 Is not worth downloading or playing, the anti-cheat is terrible every game is almost without a doubt got a hacker in the lobby.
The amount of attention they put towards the games engine, security and servers is pathetic. re-paste and ruin their anti-cheat's value.

>Free Game = Cheaters
>Expensive game = less cheaters but better cheats

this is how the game world works and the devs just don't care about anything but cashflow from cases.

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME UNLESS YOU WANT TO HACK IN COMPETITIVE TOO.

[ The graphical side of this game actually is very surprising, I enjoyed the look of it and it was appealing. However very demanding on the system requirements obviously to have a more enjoyable experience with a 1080p or below I would suggest lower settings. Building structures are missing the 'wow' factor, there's no true desire to capturing one of the raider islands. No vibrancy, nothing drawing you to build your camp on that island. Very lack luster. ]

[ Aside from the really badly designed islands that have buildings that can be walked up? and NPC's that can shoot while in water. The game-play is exactly like expected being in BETA, jumping is very chonky but if you can almost b-hop so that's something right? }

[ Audio is nice, sorta earrape when you originally open the game at full volume.

[ I found the game ran best at common 1080p Settings, even with overclocked GPUs the higher graphics really didn't add much more to it. ]

[ The NPCs can be annoying if you don't have upgraded gear of course but apart from that it's very co-dependent on >wasd< and left click, puzzles or picking of locks would be much better suited for this instead of 'F' and you get all items within seconds. ]

[ The game in it's current state is very easy to complete in the sense of taking over all islands,
the feeling for more is always at rise. Unfortunately with that being said more islands, larger maps or map pools and dedicated servers are needed for this game to actually pop.
Currently you need to Host a server to play with your friends, your game saves aren't transferable or shared with your friends.
So you have to host for anyone to advance, servers really need to be implemented into the game to make a better experience.

[ Could be less at it's current stage seeing as the game has a lot of things needing to be refined.
Game can almost be finished within less than 14hrs due to the amount of bugs and exploits.

[ You can loot through walls, buildings and more.. Multi different ways to duplicate items and more.. game is currently broken in that aspect as it can be very easily abused, this needs to be fixed ASAP. (Developers please contact me if you want to take action, we know you read reviews) ]

[ Loot crates need to be re-coded and or designed better. When looking at a crate we should not be able to view the crate behind, below or above only the one selected. Maybe an outline tool that overlays the box you are hovering over that works more efficiently to the box you're selecting instead of an outline?. Personally I don't think the code that is implemented for it currently is selecting the correct route due to seeing more of the same variable on the one square? making stacked boxes virtually unable to be used correctly within small space. Can we have this one fixed as soon as possible, a slice of life thing for sure but for the players out there that really like to design their worlds this would really let down the appeal of it. ]

BETA:

Currently there is no real 'server' to join and meet other players, you will need to join off your hosted friends or create your own and or host.

This game has many features at it's base, it is very enjoyable to grind but you are left feeling like more is needed.

I think this game has a lot of potential to be greater with some fixes and expansion.

I think it is worth while playing currently to see what sort of evolution this game will have, however this will also heavily depend on the team making sure things are fixed and sourced.

If you really enjoy a survival game this can be for you, it's different and I hope that aspect is kept of the game.

Look, Honestly with friends this game is a blast. It's very pleasant, I would suggest this game given the issues at hand but its in beta and that's to be expected :)






EDIT: Devs need to add the ability to sit on furniture like c'mon man give the people what they want!!1!

Overall good game, asthetically pleasing to play.
A very high-grind game, so if you're just a casual player who just likes to get right into action. I do suggest going to a modded server that will provide you with sufficient plug-ins to keep you entertained.
I do not advise playing [Vin] Solo, it is possible but is a lot of hard work.

If you're running any GPU under a 1060 I reccomend putting your settings down to medium, this game will chew and spit harder & faster than any woman could.
