If you are interested in my thought process when I review games: I've been gaming since the 2000s and that includes retroactive gaming (and consoles, arcades) as well - I've experienced a massive variety of games. Partaking in this hobby for such a long time turned it into some sort of passion for me and then inevitably came the standards and expectations for quality - that has resulted in a very low tolerance for games that don't have any ambitions beyond being "just okay" or "good", hence the harsh tone of many of my reviews.
