Plop down some buildings to craft your dark and dystopic cyberpunk city. Chill-out kind of game.

This game's the opposite of vaporwave - purchased it expecting a diorama toy, turns out it's going to be heavily developed!

Classic game from a bygone era. Fond memories of alt-tabbing out of it so the teacher didn't catch you fabricating homemade nukes in IT class.

As the name implies, this is a toy. You get a blank screen where you can add different elements — solids, liquids, gases, etc. The elements have different properties and react to one another, so you can build very cool things. It has a community gallery of shared saves where people have built functioning nuclear reactors, grenades, or even computers (using the included logic gates and electricity system).

Overall, this is a free game in where you can spend a few minutes playing around or waste a thousand hours in your personal laboratory.

Aliens vs Predator is an old game, but it was undeniably ahead of its time when it first released. An FPS, it offers a unique experience by allowing players to choose between three different campaigns: Colonial Marines, Aliens, and Predators. Each campaign offers a distinct gameplay experience, as each species plays totally different.

One of the standout features of the game is its multiplayer mode. The asymmetrical gameplay, where Colonial Marines, Aliens, and Predators face off against each other, is both innovative and thrilling. Many other games have done asymmetrical gameplay, but not often have they included more than two factions.

The single-player campaigns are still a lot of fun and worth experiencing for fans of the franchise, although they will be mostly action-based without horror elements. However, the multiplayer aspect, which was once one of the game's biggest draws, is unfortunately dead due to a lack of active players.

Overall, Aliens vs Predator is a classic that’s worth revisiting, especially for those who appreciate innovative FPS games and particularly if you liked the AvP movies. Just don't buy it for its multiplayer as you won't be able to play it.

Enjoyable game. Gameplay consists of zero-g dismantling and reprocessing of spaceships. Can be played sandbox and chill, or min-maxed to death.

I've played it in a sandbox way - just jump in, do some dismantling, and leave. But it has an interesting plot about worker rights and unionisation and sheds some light on the actual industry of shipbreaking in the real world. I've seen some complaints about the dialog but is not that annoying.

I'd love for the game to have a workshop and a way to design custom ships, particularly big, detailed interior ones. Also, I would have preferred for the ships to be built in a 'hard sci-fi' style à la 'The Expanse' instead of regular, gravity-included flat spaceships, but that is my personal preference I guess.

I'm not much of a horror player, but this game is a true jewel. The graphics hold up incredibly well, for being a 2014 game, and the atmosphere and ambience absolutely draw you into the Alien universe. The excellent xenomorph's AI manages to keep up the tension and the few scripted moments are well timed to make you crap your pants. Even the last Alien movie references the game heavily.

Absolutely recommended.

I've been playing SS13 for a while now and Space Station 14 seems to be the remaster this game needs. It's still lacking in content, compared with the original BYOND game, but the Quality of Life improvements were sorely needed.

Awesome game. It reflects the struggle of trench warfare perfectly, with a small dose of frustration.

Very underrated game. Fun third person shooter with a totally unexpected killer plot, worthy of and inspired by great novels.

Totally recommended, but only if played without spoilers!

The greatest game NASA ever released. For such an indie studio it has some really good ideas that manage to keep the community engaged.

A classic from meme history.
