I'd say more graphics card then anything. On the other hand, ram is a cheap fix, but I wouldn't go over 16gb

great battle in tc and clean. so i see you're a graphic designer so u can maybe help me.
i've got some problem when i play with more than 10 cars in the same time. do you think it's a problem with my graphic card(radeon r9 290) or with my memory(8gb) or maybe both of them.
