It's a hero-shooter dungeon-crawler where you fight mini-bosses at the end. That's the meat of this game. It gets tame early in, but you might find some enjoyment from the difficulty aspect. Now, the bad; The side-quests are just filler origin stories, the RPG system has insignificant upgrades with nothing good to grind for, and while the city is a marvel, the activities are monotonous. Overall, I'd call it underwhelming.

Could've been better if it had Multiplayer to make it truly worth it.

Just get Midnight Club 3 on PPSSPP, it's better in every aspect. Rubber banding and scripted events make this game a drag to play.

Oblivion is full of soul. All of the quests are exceptional, for example, the best quest in the game has you search for the genetics of an Arena fighter, only to learn that he is mixed race. The AI is unintentionally hilarious, there are thousands of videos on the AI showcasing their own free-will. Oblivion's documentary shows all of the magic that went into creating the game, it is a very comfortable watch.

It's so much more memorable than Skyrim to me. Nostalgic music, flexible gameplay, and a beautiful artstyle.

The story is mediocre, helicopters are overpowered, the gameplay can feel static at times, but the graphics and the world design is the real highlight. Someone made a comment on YouTube on how the skies and water look like they're straight from a painting, and its all true. Looks so much better than Vice City or San Andreas for that matter. The soundtrack is also underrated. Would still recommend JC2, because it is the best Just Cause experience.

The 2020 re-release of GTA IV doesn't fix any of the performance problems, the game crashing on startup, or saving issues. Saving the game is a placebo effect, undoing hours of your progress because the game wont save if you die in a mission. (even if you manually save after the mission is complete). Only really fun for TBOGT, screwing around, and the side activities.

This is one of Insomniacs few PC games, and it blows. The gameplay can just devolve into going back and forth on grind-able lines to shoot people on the ground. Even Bioshock Infinite does this ten times better, but that was just a method to segway between floating towns. The entire dialogue is made by the same people who direct Nickelodeon sitcoms.

Thank you legendary mode for making me want to rip my nuts off.

Also, fix the lighting issues, geometry, and saving problems, thanks.
