Welcome to the Finals! Fast paced games, destruction at every corner. Easy remapping of controls if needed for all the lefties out there. Ya do find some hackers along the way but they are very few and far between, like I've encountered maybe 3 max since starting, one was a spin bot funnily enough. Good luck out there!

First review:
Good luck getting in in under 5 hours.

Second and probably final:
About a day after my review the game's PC server issues were resolved through an update, this came at about a week of the game being active, maybe a little more. Now I can fix up this review to be a bit more detailed for my friends who are interested!

The best comparison I can give you guys to what you'd be playing when you grab this game:
Starship Troopers, or Humans vs Terminators (I know I know, i'm not saying it IS those, but it gives you the idea of who you're fighting and how you're doin' it!) You get the choice for which battle to pick on the planet of your choice, and you can watch the other players' Destroyer vessels dropping the smack down in real time from the observation area/deck. I love that. The collective player base works towards freedom and liberation of the planets you land on, and you get to blow ♥♥♥♥ up in the process? Go Managed Democracy!

Also, so you don't make the mistake my buddy made:
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND ANY MONEY IN THIS GAME TO RECEIVE THE PURCHASABLE CURRENCY, IT MAY TAKE LONGER BUT YOU CAN DO IT ALL FREE!

and just remember Helldivers,
"FRIENDLY FIRE IS NOT!"

Can't remap any other mouse buttons outside of MB1 and MB2. Amazing. Refunded already :)

This is a game that gives me a lot of dopamine. It fills the hole that was DnD and Bioware.

Having this game since the later half of EA, I enjoyed seeing the growth.
Regardless of your opinion on act 3 in current state, Larian is doing what it can to fix the many problems at quite a decent rate, so as long as they keep up the good work, they have my appreciation.

I'm a bit of a completionist when I truly enjoy a game, so I'll be replaying this for sure to get the rest of the memories I missed as well as achievements.

I played a few of the Project Diva games over the years, and ultimately, my favorite control scheme was Project Diva F, which was Playstation. The button combinations were nice, simple, and I could relax and play without much strain when looking all over a screen.. even on the hardest modes. I was kinda under the impression I would have the option to change to that system of play, but that falls on me for thinking so I guess.

The lag? Atrocious, and I'm not the only one I see having that problem. For someone who owns a PC far exceeding the requirements, that's kinda BS, don't ya think? ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port much?
I also had an issue with the game visuals and controller config on a PS controller (ex: CIRCLE and X swapped?) but I don't wanna go too into it as of the moment as I feel it could have been my error? Like maybe I missed a setting..

In the end... refunded. Shame. I'll see how the game is like in the near future with more updates.
