It's a hard topic to discuss about. Lots of people refuses or simply not caring for themselves but in fact, loving yourself as a whole is a vital aspect of self-care.

Loving yourself means that you accept who you are, accept your emotions. Embrace the little things you have done for yourself, even how trivial that might be. When you got things stuck, don't avoid it, try to deal with it head on, even you failed, you will learnt something.
