Really enjoyable and has a nice community!

I don't really have issues with the fatigue system as you can craft the items that replenish them, half of your unused fatigue is added on top of your new fatigue when it resets daily so you can stack it a few times. And honestly shouldn't be an issue unless you play the game for long periods of time.

I wish character customization was better in the game however the costumes make up for it (but shouldn't be an excuse for greater character customization)

Overall, really enjoyable, reminds me of the good old times when you sit in towns and joke around with friends.

Developers are ignorant of their decisions, back when this game was still new and before the 2.0 update, it was a great game with enough people to comfortably find matches, after the update to the game logic/mechanics behind armor and shells it became wasteland. While the balancing sounded amazing on paper, it wasn't fun to play, the armor changes for specific tanks made them overpowered because the amount of armor count increased (not the armor, but for example a turret has 7 values all around, now it has 16, making hitbox too complicated) resulted in tanks with complex armor design to be overpowred.

I truly wish this game to grow, and i know it sounds weird when i "do not recommend it", but the developers and publishers need a wake up call. This game is good, but the developers/publishers are too ignorant to player feedback. Not much to expect from Mail.Ru (My.Com) though, has a very bad reputation in Russia and it seems like it is the case for the west as well.

Great game with the best FPS mechanics.
Skill is all you need to succeed, unlike many other games...

Movement system is abysmal in my opinion, it's way too slow and combat isn't fluid whatsoever.
On the first boss, crusher, dodging rockets + the bombs is nearly impossible unless you want to spend an hour fighting the boss.

I mean fine, just take the damage, but those rockets also stun you, you have no way of dealing with it. If the first rocket hits you, the second one will too, and most likely the third one. And because of how slow the characters are it's very hard to dodge the rockets and their abysmal hitboxes.

It would be cool if you could jump on top of the rockets and take no damage, sort of like mario and so on, it would make for more of an action combat, but even then it would still feel very slow and sluggish because movement system is undeveloped in my opinion.

Amazing quake-like game, very underrated and needs more players... For some reason i've seen this game a few weeks ago but when i tried searching for it, i never found it on steam, don't know why that was... + Sadly it doesn't seem to appear to "Free Games" part of steam, so sad, because this game deserves way more attention than those stupid mobile and browser game ports that just flood that section now...

Steam, bring this in F2P section front page now!

FIrst of all - I recommend this game, go try it out and see if you like it the first few matches. :)

Now a lot of people have problem with the grind in this game, and honestly, i don't see much of a problem with it.
I am 2 hours in and i have already got my first Submachine gun, along with changing my soldiers name and buying upgrades for the first gun, and i sitll had enough money to unlock Submachine gun straight away after unlocking it.

Starting guns are not bad at all, actually very good if you know how to aim, obviously. I think a lot of salt is coming from people that are pretty bad at aiming their gun.

Now i don't think it will take that long, considering you get 1.5-3k a match, depends on the map and lenght of the match, and your performance, If you're awful and you're always at the bottom, it might be a problem for you. For me, with starting guns that i had, i was always on top, or at least top 3 in matches so far, so there is no real P2W aspect. Yes you unlock guns that are somewhat better but it all comes down to teamplay and how well you shoot, people lose to me in close-combat using sumbachine gun while i use the first bolt action rifle.

I am not bragging, all im saying is, is that if you are an average/decent player, you won't find yourself in troubles getting equipment you want.

You get matches where you lose, and where you win, it doesn't seem to be faction based as such, it's just that when people lose, they think its their factions fault (Same thing happens to a lot of people in games like WoW where Horde always wins, or so it seems to Alliance players, and when they move to Horde themselves, they find themselves losing a lot of matches as Horde to Alliance).

Keep in mind im new to the game and those are not facts but my observations, i tried to keep away from this game because everyone said how grindy it is, but don't be fooled... It is actually a good game, and people who leave negative reviews just stop new players from trying out this (from my observations) a very fun game.

Now, I am not so far into the game, but so far I like it.
This review is more of a rant rather than constructive overview of the game.

Is the combat fluid?: Yes
Is the character movement fluid?: Yes, just don't dodge into edges as you simply will waste your dodge.

Level design?: It's alright, i don't have many ARPGs to compare to, but compared to PoE, it's more colourfull and detailed whereas PoE is more dark and dull.
In my personal opinion, PoE is - Diablo 2: Online; while Devilian is - Diablo 3: Online.

About the limitations...

While you might get tempted to sometimes talk in world (I myself actually hate the system where you need an item to talk in world chat) or trade... It's not gamebreaking.
You are given the game for free, with all the content unlocked. And i think that those restrictions in no way limits you in your gameplay, some people just want too much; if you will like the game, you'll have to support it, and not just take a free ride.

But i think that some of the communication limitations really kill the impression of communication in the game, which is the main aspect of MMO games, and they should reconsider that, as it turns many people away.

Gender-locked classes...

Im not a fan of those, but neither do I care so much.
Hopefully devs will change their mind and open classes to every gender and give everyone a free gender-change ticket and whatnot, to suit the needs of many people that are bothered by this.

Questing...

Kill that, collect that... The simple stuff so far, just like any other game. I wouldn't expect something else in an ARPG due to space limitations and other factors.

Do i recommend this game?

Yes I do! Try it out if you didn't like PoE, or liked it and just want something little bit different, or just try it for the fun of it.
I am not a fan of ARPGs but this one catched my eye, and i hope that the devs will continue supporting this game and adding patches, content and for overall sucess of this game, i think it has potential.

Early Access Review
People in this review section:

People who complain about player killing, but do not want to play on PvE
People who try to make ♥♥♥♥♥♥ "funny" stories
People who says it is buggy and such, but do not realise what Early Access means

Now, to the start of the short review:

The game is great.
The music gives the game a great atmosphere, it is chilling and relaxing!
Obviously some functions are clunky, but hey! They game just started, give it some time. If you want to play a polished product, wait a year until the game gets released, i can't stand people who complain about such stuff when they're playing an Early Access game.
The game is polished for what it is right now.

In order to pass some areas, you will first need to find a blueprint for special equipment, needed to stay on specific areas for prolonged times, such as desert, because you get too hot and start to take damage.

What is great, is because the game is somewhat Sci-Fi, it has features such as lasers to protect your surroundings, and you can always find your base, wherever you go! Because it tells you coordinates of your Uplink (Respawn point) and other coordinates such as the last cave you visited, and so on. If you're in big trouble and really need to get out of the place, you can use a teleporter, but that costs resources to make, but no worries, after being just in one cave, you'd have enough to stack for your whole lifetime.

So to explore, it takes some time, you can't just pass through freezing, or hot areas, or fly to the moon and expect your lungs to endure for some magical reason! You need right equipment for your traveling.

The Good:

Music
Art
Ability to craft
Jobs
Multiple Worlds
Pets
Abilities

The bad:

Bugs, glitches (Duh)
Anything that is related to the Early Access

The meh:

When you and your friend decide to play the game, your first hour of the game will not be playing together, because you will be in different worlds. Way to overcome that is to collect resources, create stargate to home worlds, and power it up via generator, you'll need bluerints for those, but after an hour or two of hunting you'll be ready to create one. If you happen to be on the same world, but not close, make a flare gun and shoot it, using F, and your friend should see a lighting beam with your name on it.

But i can understand why it is done, it is to balance the population between the worlds, hopefully, the amount of worlds on single server will be decreased, because game sometimes feels lonely! Having ~60 people split across multiple home worlds makes it feel like im playing alone 70% of the time.

Overall i enjoy the game, and i recommend it to you too. Get it, while on sale, play for under 2 hours, if you really dislike it, refund it!
But honestly i recommend this game even at full price.

It may take time to experience everything, but it's totally worth it.
Now the community is good, I answer any questions newcomes may ask, only after having a few hours into the game i have learned quiet a bit, and i am happy to help, always looking at the chat for questions, as i understand how frustrating it may be, i try to support the community as much as possible.

I hope the game for prolonged success, it really has potential, but there are always people who really ignore the fact that this is an Early Access game, and just plain stupid.
And also people with different taste, that i respect, but if people have different taste, why download the game type you do not like, then leave a negative review just because YOU don't like it on your personal preferences rather than objectivity..?

Either way, have fun.
Enjoy.
