it's the ultimate edition of one of the most recent The King OF fighters for the Neo geo platform , this port offer a few more additional gameplay mode like survival. (there is also 2003 and I think the rest moved to the atomiswave arcade platform after this)

very large cast of characters , same classic sprites artworks then old 2D KOF , solid controls , great arcade mode that give and a difficulty setting.

it's really a great KOF for casual players , the A.I on the easiest difficulty is fair and easy to mow down for as long as you can execute a few specials moves , the only annoyance being the last boss fight which you can still cheese with the service options.

fun game with an interesting story and universe , the graphics still look nice and the gameplay is straight and simple enough.

the game interface is simple and work well once you've figured out how to manage everything , you can rebind the important keys and the only thing I hate is that clicking right in the inventory close it instead of equipping or using the item so I often close my inventory instead of changing my weapon or armor.

I also just wished the game would explain more because I haven't seen much places to rest on the map and google give me information that doesn't work like combining piles of straws which I tried and din't work , so I spent a lot of time going back and forth the few place I knew that already had a bed which is annoying because the map is large for how slow the character can run.

if you play this on the steamdeck I really recommend using a monitor and playing in desktop mode instead of playing on the deck own internal screen , 1080P give you so much more view and place to put your UI.

it's a new set of levels for serious sam 4 , you get to see some snowy landscapes and Ride a mech with a chainsaw.

it is shorter then 4 but the game allow you to do a new game plus where you replay the campaign while keeping your previous skill tree upgrades.

the maps are large yet the pace is good and you also get a bunch of new survival challenges that can give this game a bit more lifespan.

some of the latest fights are very chaotics but at the very least this game final boss doesn't have confusing gimmicks going on and you just shoot it until it dies.

it's a nice addition to your serious sam collection.

fun game which is an overall improvement over 3 with more variety in the level design , permanent upgrade via a skill tree and more jokes and humors.

largers hordes , largers maps with the same downside then 3 of having a final boss that suck and is unfun to fight.

you sometime get to fight with allies and some of them are really funny characters that give more charm to the game.

it's another serious sam , mindless fun with things exploding and invading aliens getting ripped , so if you liked the previous games then this is an obvious purchase.

downloaded , played for a few hours , had fun , the game performances where okay but then at some point the game started to randomly crash and it's even once decided to start compiling the shaders after I started a match.

it's a fun game , various guns that are well balanced and each work their best for specific situations and enemies , it's fast paced , no health regen yet fairly balanced gameplay.

the main downside is the level design tend to be boring , lot's of large waves of enemies put in big empty and flat maps only get interrupted once in a while with indoor and dark scenes , you don't get to see much else then sad and bland brown and grey background which is either sands or old buildings that are crumbling away.

the graphics are detailed and the characters and enemies design is nice , it's yet simply lack in term of variety.

it's worth playing but mostly in small burst.

aseprite is a very nice program to draw pixel arts and basic digital arts.

it's got a simple interface , effective way to create color palettes and also come with a very good selection of pre-defined palettes.

there is a shapes and selections tool , it's very basic but can be used with either a mouse or digital drawing tablet , you can also animate and export gif with aseprites which can be use to create sprites or short cutscenes.

Lunistice is a fantastic 3D platformer taking it's inspirations from early 3D platformers such as sonic adventures but with a refined gameplay that make it a more welcoming experience for peoples who din't mastered 3D platformer yet.

visually it's look like a Sega Saturn game with maybe a bit more details , it's nice , the controls respond well and the checkpoints are well placed , there is replayability as the game seem to have a true ending and there you can play to try to get the best score possible in each level too.

hey , it's the SNK version of the capcom vs snk cross over that was published for various platforms including the Neo Geo.

it's very interesting to see the iconic capcom characters drawn in the same style then the King of fighters franchises , visually this games is very nice and still look decent today.

SNK vs capcom offer a decent cast of characters and this new version make it easier to pick the hidden characters by holding the Left shoulder button (L1) while having your icon over certain characters , in term of overall gameplay throught it's well even less balanced then any of the capcom vs snk games I've played so far and some characters like Athena are just completly broken.

it is pretty much like any other King Of Fighters games , challenging cpu with some overly hard final boss , yet I always come back for more of these.

but oh well , even with it's many flaws this is still a very charming game regardless of wanting to play with the cpu or with friends , I personally don"t care about playing online so I have no idea if the online part of this game work well and other reviews propably cover this as well.

Donut Dodo get the nintendo , Namco and taito arcade feel from the 80's , if you liked the OG Donkey Kong this game bring back that genre very well.

platforms , collectibles and various enemies and obstacle to avoid in a short but challenging and satisfying gameplay , this will resonate with everyone who's has nostalgia for the old days and want more of it.

the soundtrack is also well done and add a lot of charm to this game.

Donut Dodo is simply a must get game for all peoples loving retro gaming.
