Recenzja wczesnego dostępu
1) Raft is a great game with underdeveloped mechanics.
2) The devs are active but very slow.
3) The achievements are a huge grind. As more content is added, more achievements are also added and so the grind just increases.
4) The amount of content the game currently has is exhausted very quickly. It is also easy to get bored as much of what you do in the game is very repetitive.
5) The game is much more fun if you are playing co-op.
6) Even on the hardest difficulty, the game is very easy. This is not the game to play if you are looking for a challenging experience.
7) The speedrunning community is very small but active.
8) The game is not graphically intense so many low-end systems can run it easily.

Where to begin with Mordhau...

I bought the game for the standard $30 price which I still consider a steal. This game has very quickly become one of my favourite games on steam and I highly recommend playing it if you love the medieval aesthetic, satisfying and rewarding combat, and are willing to play a game without taking it super seriously.
It's not a perfect game by any means and I do have my own personal complaints with it. However, the majority of the hate and dissatisfaction that I see for it, I feel is unwarranted.

Most of the hate I see surrounding this game generally falls into one of four categories:

1) Unbalanced/Buggy Mechanics

2) Toxic Community

3) Repetitive Gameplay

4) Slow Updates

Unbalanced/Buggy Mechanics

Within this category of complaints you'll see a few of the same things over and over. The horses are bad, the bows are bad, or this or that weapon is broken.

I do not like the horses. Getting one-shot by a dude on a horse coming from nowhere is definitely the worst feeling in the game. However, unlike many of the other players who complain about horses, I don't think they should be removed. I think they add a lot to the medieval battlefield aesthetic and to the chaos of fighting. In one of the most recent patches, horses were balanced significantly and their hitboxes were improved. They still do insane damage to you, but now you can do insane damage to them as well. It has become much easier to knock people off of horses with melee and ranged weapons. I'm sure they will only continue to be improved in future updates.

I will give you, in a game that is focused on medieval, close quarters combat, being shot from across the map for 50-100 damage by a bow user gets really old really quickly. Most players who use the bow aren't too familiar with the mechanics of the game and opt for the easy and safe route to deal damage. After a couple hundred hours with the game, though, deflecting arrows (if you are aware of where the threat is coming from) becomes very easy and unless I am focused on a large group of enemies, bows don't pose too much of a threat. Learn to deflect arrows and be aware of your surroundings, it will save you a lot of headache in frontlines.

You will find complaints about broken weapons in almost every game. It's nearly impossible to balance everything in a multiplayer game like this but I think the built in combat mechanics do wonders if you are aware of the counters. Rapier-spammers can be countered by chambering, shields can be countered by kicking or dragging, long ranged weapons like the spear and halberd can be countered through ranged attacks or by closing the distance and attacking with a fast weapon. Everything has a workaround and if you're fighting and keep dying to the same thing over and over, try something different.

Toxic Community

This is one of the more controversial issues surrounding this game. At the end of the day, though, it's always good to remind yourself that this is just a game. I would much rather have a game like Mordhau with an optional profanity filter in chat than a game like Rainbow 6 Siege where you can get banned for spelling "dabbing" backwards (g ♥♥♥♥♥ d). Personally, I think the in-game chat in Mordhau is one of the funniest parts of the game. I try not to participate in it outside of calling out teammates for team-killing me. It's much better when you can just sit back and enjoy other people yelling at each other. I haven't experienced much of the community outside of the in-game chat but that is much easier to avoid if you find it not to your liking.

Repetitive Gameplay

I think having repetitive gameplay is a complaint that many multiplayer, team-based, shooter/fighting games get. Overwatch, Call of Duty, any kind of runescape, WoW, grind-fest type game can be said to be repetitive. This will overlap with the slow updates complaint because, since the September patches have started rolling in and more gamemodes and maps have been added, many of the repetitive issues have been fixed. Modding has also been added to the game so players can create custom maps for servers. Tired of frontlines? Try invasion. Tired of invasion? Try ranked duels. Tired of duels? Hop into a pub server and ♥♥♥♥ around.

Slow Updates

This is one of the complaints that makes me the angriest, so this is my message for the people who make this complaint. Triternion is a small, indie development team and this is the first game they have ever released. They never expected Mordhau to become as popular as it has and were very unprepared for it. Updates and patches take time, money, and effort to release and this is a game that only cost $30 with no microtransactions or lootboxes. Patches have been coming much more frequently recently, bringing wiith them the addition of the new ranked dueling gamemode, the new invasion gamemode, and many other changes to balancing and equipment. Even with the demand for updates, Triternion is sticking to its original design philosophy of making a game because they love it, not because they love the money the game brings in, and I think this is something we can all appreciate. I know I have no right to speak for the company, but I am happy with the game that they have given us and I will be happy with what they continue to give us in the future.

Dishonored 2 is Bethesda's answer to the question, "What would happen if the Dishonored DLC was turned into a full game?"

The World

Dishonored 2 sees a departure from the oil painting streets of Dunwall into the water coloured city of Karnaca. The graphics are significantly improved this time around which can cause even high-end computers to chug. The world is much more immersive this time around and it can be easy to get distracted while exploring the detailed, but still closed, levels.

You can choose to either play as Corvo, the protagonist of the first game, or Emily, his daughter. Both protagonists are voiced and each have a unique set of magical powers that reflect their personalities and role in the world.

The decision to voice the player character based on the Dishonored 1 DLC, where the player controlled another assassin named Daud, was a good one. The player character will comment on many things happening in the world around them, making for a less detached experience.

Powers

Powers have also been expanded in this game. Not only does Emily have a quine set of powers from Corvo but both Corvo and Emily's powers have small upgrade trees for each ability. There is bone charm and rune crafting for both playable characters which allows for even more customization.
Dishonored is a series that prides itself on player choice and the sequel has done a lot to improve on that.

The Story

Among the things that Dishonored 2 has taken form the DLC of Dishonored 1 is the story. If you have not played the Dishonored DLC, Knife of Dunwall and Bridgmore Witches. you will be left in the dark about a lot of important information. There will be characters whose presence are not explained and story beats that wont make sense. If you have played KOD and BW, you will here the same things repeated over and over, plot twists will fall flat and you will be bored of the redundancy by the end. Dishonored 2 does its best to expand the history and lore of its characters and the world, however, what the game doesn't understand is that some questions are better left unanswered.

Achievements

For the achievement hunter, Dishonored 2 is significantly easier than its predecessor. The Dunwall Trials are not present in 2, making the checklist of achievements far easier to achieve. All 50 achievements can be acquired through a minimum of three playthroughs.

The game has great replayability, like the first game, but having multiple playable characters and a wider set of powers improves on this even more.

The Missions

Also in following the footsteps of the first game, the mission structure is almost a bit too similar. 9 missions, the first with no powers, a mission about the gangs, and a mission taking place at Dunwall tower. The Final mission of Dishonored 2 was a great moment and did not feel, as I expected, like cheap fan-service to the first game. Rather, it felt like a grand finale, finishing the series where it began. If you played Dishonored 1 then this mission was a great test of your memory from the first game and it felt like you were actually in the shoes of Corvo/Emily, finally returning to your home.

New Game +

A similar structure to the first game results in a similar major flaw, however. The game is too short. It feels like you are just getting all of the fun powers to play with and then the game is over. Arcane Studios did recognize this problem but instead of making a longer main game, a New Game + mode has been added for continued play after the ending.

Conclusion

Pros
Beautiful Graphics
Level Design
World Design
Character Depth
Replayability
Player Choice and Freedom
Expands upon the story

Cons
Will not run on low end systems
Leaves unfamiliar players with too many questions
Story/missions is too similar to the first game, feels like a retelling of the DLC
Too Short
