Not too bad for free points

A buggy piece of ♥♥♥♥. The developers are hiding behind the early access tag as an excuse for the literally hundreds of bugs present in the game. At its core, this game has a lot of potential but unfortunately due to terrible development I highly doubt we will ever see that flourish at its true potential. Daybreak has really missed an oppurtunity to develop an amazing game and have instead opted to milk players for every last cent through microtransactions (Skins). Steam needs to remove this game from early access, it has been in 'development' for two years and yet no real development has taken place (Apart from spliting KoTK and Just Survive). It is evident that Daybreak has no intentions of fixing the many, many bugs and game breaking issues present in the game, and for that reason I think it should be removed from early access.

If you're reading this.. Honestly, just give it a go (It will be worth it!)

While the game itself is far from complete, it is free, bug free (For the most part), and most importantly, fun! Nothing beats the rush of adrenaline as you hear gun shots in the distance as a huge group of bandits hunt you down.

A lot of people are giving this game a negative review due to WarZ and ISS however, this game is being developed by an entirely new development team.

Yes, there are "In App Purchases" however, I have never once found the need to buy anything and anything that you can buy are purely cosmetic (You can buy guns but it litterally takes 2 minutes to find the exact same gun in game.)


On the whole, I recommend this game. After all, if you don't enjoy it it's free anyways!

Review

GRAV is a randomly generated world sandbox game. It is very addicting and is fun to play whit all your friends! You can build huge constructions by day and battle monsters by night. I know for a fact that the developers are caring people due to their involvement with a community that I am apart of.

Upsides

+Very addictive gameplay.
+Fun to play with friends.
+A variety of different enemy and NPC types.
+The game has a good sense of humor.
+Dancing!

Downsides

-When I first ran the game I thought I was running the game on a potato not a $1,000 computer.
-Requires some settings adjustment before it runs without lag.
-Ran into multiple collision errors (Trees)
-If you jump onto a rock next to an ocean the rock likes to throw you in. (Falling into the ocean will kill you.)
-No way to change key bindings.

Overall Early Access Score = 8/10
