Do keep in mind, it's still in beta and the story isn't actually available yet, but the dev is extremely active and the game is releasing into early access in roughly about a month. (You can go to their Itch.io page and preorder it for $10 and you'll get a steam key that lets you play the beta)

There's a game called Project Arrhythmia that not only has exactly that, but also has it's own story entirely and lets you use all colors and additional effects instead of just being able to use pink.

there is a level editor in beta. It is really broken and not ready for the public but Lachhh is saying it will be here sometime this year.

I think there is going to be one soon that is unofficial or official iirc. The unofficial level editor is still private though. :corruptgear:
