Many of the less observant viewers may have missed it, but during episode 2 of Among Us airship, numerous hints were made which suggested Blue’s forbidden love interest in pink. Because of Pink’s existing relationship with Black, Blue (crewmate) grew frustrated and jealous of Black. Blue’s frustration led to his biased, but not incorrect suspicion of Black (As seen in episode 2 at 5:30 minutes when Blue follows Black around the airship, watching him obviously ♥♥♥♥♥♥ tasks and even disposing of the recently missing, purple’s corpse.) despite pink’s was innocence and lack of knowledge of black’s criminal activity, A majority of the crew almost came to an agreement that pink should be ejected to be safe. Due to his continuing passion for Pink, Blue gallantly defended Pink’s innocence and managed to convince the crew against Pink’s ejection. Small Black on the other hand, was hated by Blue as the son of Blue’s love rival. Blue demanded that small black be ejected immediately but the crew trembled in fear. This was because ever since Black’s ejection on the previous emergency meeting (called by blue) Strange, unexplainable things began to happen on the airship. (as seen in episode 4 when black’s ghost was interfering with cyan’s comms task and in the episode 5 “an unknown force” arc as an unseen force was moving objects around the airship). The crew’s immense fear of Black’s potential retaliation led to them deciding against the ejection of small black, and instead decided upon imprisoning small black until further notice.

Maple is a very standard and unoriginal character, while having an adequate figure, she lacks character and personality as a standard female with ears and a tail attached. Therefor Maple is arguably the worst catgirl in nekopara. Also, her character theme is YELLOW? Gross. Yellow is the same colour as piss and cheese, only degenerates like yellow.

Cinnamon on the other hand is marginally better than Maple as a catgirl as she posesses more 'catlike' characteristics. Despite this she barely makes the cut as a catgirl. This is due to her character being borderline cliche. Similarly to Tamaki Kotatsu's lucky letcher lure in the anime Fire Force, it at first is an enjoyable character but towards the later hours of the series, she quickly become stale and uninteresting as her sexual nature continuously remains the only memorable or 'unique' trait of the character.

Maple and Cinnamon do not even make the cut for a good cat pair. Vanilla and Chocola are the perfect pair, always working together as close, inseparable siblings. This is also seen in Azuki and Coconut's
relationship, a constant battle over anything the two disagree on. Followed by an unspoken love and care for one another, Something of a lovers quarrel. These qualities seen in these four catgirls create character and make these catgirls and their relationships memorable.

In conclusion, maple and cinnamon are the worst catgirls in the Nekopara universe due to their crippling lack of character and significance in the series. Anyone who likes these two cat girls is rightfully deemed a degenerate and belongs in a mental institute.
