Cocos (Keeling) Islands 
Ingredientes
750 g de bacalhau grosso
1,200 kg de batatas
4 ovos
1 cebola média
1 ramo de salsa picada
pimenta q.b.
Preparação
Cozem-se as batatas com o bacalhau. Depois de cozido, escorre-se tudo muito bem. O bacalhau limpa-se de peles e espinhas e embrulha-se num pano, fazendo uma bola, e esfrega-se e aperta-se sobre a mesa, até ficar desfeito.
As batatas, depois de escorridas, põe-se novamente na panela, onde vão ao lume para ficarem bem secas. Passam-se então pelo passe-vite.
Junta-se as batatas ao bacalhau, a cebola e a salsa, mexe-se bem e tempera-se com pimenta.
Seguidamente juntam-se os ovos e amassa-se tudo muito bem. Moldam-se os bolinhos com a ajuda de 2 colheres de sopa e fritam-se em óleo bem quente.
