Tacoma is the best Walking Simulator out there.

That is what the 2-4 hours of gameplay have left me with - a deep feeling that this story is both intense and unique.

At its core, it's a story about automation, space and how human relationships will adapt to both those realities. As it unfolds, it's also about the foibles of capitalism (and cronyism), politics and human nature.

The Fullbright team have done it again.

Notes:
- The diversity works well (it's the 2080s - if we get there gay relationships are going to be completely normalized) and doesn't feel forced whatsoever.
- Margaret Catwood is an incredible name for a cat
- The game doesn't require skill to play. If you have a friend, partner or family member who's into space and would enjoy this game, it can be a great gateway into playing videogames!

Don't do it. Save up for a PS4 and get bloodborne instead.

It feels like the game's still due for some balancing passes (as far as I can tell, the dagger's always inferior to having a rapier, but this may be just me being used to the first game).

Other than that, it's a great sequel to the first. Anyone who expected "more of the same", however, should probably just stick with 1 - 2's new mechanics are clearly less refined, but Messhof took a chance including them, and, for me at least, the payoff was worth it.

It's the worst game in the series. That's still pretty good, but hey.

It's pretty unimpressive. Short, the bosses are uninspired, and the game design isn't up to the standards of the rest of the series, in general. One of the weaker areas in the game.

On the bright side, the story is also "REMEMBER DARK SOULS 1?? WASN'T IT COOL", so it doesn't stand out as negative from the rest of the mediocrity in DaS III.

Do you have 90 minutes? Give this game a shot. It's extremely powerful, a narrative about human weakness.
