Have you played Fallout Tactics where your every diplomatic (or lack of) decisions between the clans shapes every outcome? No? Play this game.
have you played X-Com where multiple clans and internal wars where u get to choose what to do with them? No? Play this game.
Saved up all tactical nukes for the final battle and finished all 3 and ended it war under 1 min. Smooch!
