Decade ago i would replay the first game once in a while, i found it funny at the time, gunolay was surprisingly solid and there wasnt anything like it.

First of all, 420 blaze it original, the first one, is included here, it’s the tutorial level in this one. It is worse in every single way when compared to original, such as some effects missing, sound effects completely redone, old memes are completely redrawn and music has been replaced.
Edit: i replayed the original and the only thing first one is better at, is og sound effects and og memes, everything else in this tutorial is miles better

That applies to the rest of the game as well, and that’s the only thing i dont like. “Parody” aspect of it fits a lot more in this sense, and it’s funny to see these redone memes and see what they are based on.

Rest of the game is really just taking first one to the max which it does well, except some difficulty spikes.

It would be really neat if there was unofficial official mod that adds textures sound effects and etc from the first one, but what is here and what effort is put into is is really great.

There are like 13 missions, in lenght comparable to the original, but variety, various power ups and easter eggs make it worthwhile replaying this.

Not sure about pc’s as i mainly played on steam deck, but some missions really chugged, didnt matter what graphics settings were on, it was the amount of collision objects.

It’s great for it’s price, a neat throwback, one that nobody expected to come back.
