This game was a trip from beginning to end. Please play this one and the 2 games before, before playing STALKER 2. Glorious game

I played this around 2006 when I could finally afford to buy it, saving paper route money up for an Xbox right when the Xbox 360 was around the corner. The first game I bought was Halo because I heard that it was "great". After playing and sitting down through the entire game and hating the flood levels and everything involving the flood I knew this game was going to be great. Years later when I heard they were finally bringing the rest of the series to the PC, I knew I had to play it again. My friend never touched the game, besides maybe a session of Halo 3 years ago. They experience a whole new lore and world that I felt great guiding them through. Playing the game 10+ years later and finally sharing my enjoyment with someone else was worth it. Highly recommend, honestly.

This game is fast becoming one of my favorite games. It may be a prequel to Half Life 2, but it gives a refreshing view of City 17. I have played 4 hours of this game so far and eager for the rest. Highly recommend this while we wait another 16 years for another Half Life game

I've only played the opening hours of this game so this is for that, first impressions. This game has alot to it, I thought that it being VR that their wouldnt be much substance to it, I was wrong. Their are multiple trees to upgrade at your base and all the supplies needed for it is by scavenging around the map. The only issue have with this game is when your two hands are interacting with each other, they tend to freak out and making the most mundane task alot harder; for example: bandaging and reloading guns. But, when I brought this to the attention of the feedback forum, a member of the team was quick to respond to the issue and are working on it. All and all, I highly recommend this, that issue is for a small portion of VR users and I am glad the team behind it is looking into the issue.

Update 11/29/2020: This game is great and I need to play it more

Great experience to go through different genres while also being as meta as possible. Even though it wasnt highly rated, one of my favorite games in recent memory due to the heart and soul that was put into this game

This game is great for just relaxing or if you want to destroy something, go into an enemy's camp and rip their face off

Played this game for 16 hours straight with a buddy of mine, went to sleep, and did it again the next day. Its been a year since we did that, we are still playing the game from time to time
