Avoid at all costs

Developers cut a lot of promised features, then turned to a fast release of a shallow game that never had half of the promised features nor the ones that community told them they should have been prioritized.

1- They promised a depth city builder with combat and strategy
2- They took Epic money
3- They took backers money
4- They backtracked on half of the promises
5- They rushed a release of an incomplete game and fooled everyone

The game is great, but the dev is amazing.

Had a visual problem with the colors and backgrounds and solved it in just a few days after asking

Do not buy

1- Ultimate ADOM is a dumbed down version of ADOM. Ultimate on the name is a scam to confuse people of what they are purchasing, it is not an improved version of ADOM, it is a casualized one
2- They released the game buggy as hell and in an atrocious state, the game is not finished
3- The developers run away from the title, they don't push updates, they don't fix bugs, they don't answer the forums. This game is abandonware

Do not purchase this game under any circumstance, if you want to play play the classic, do not give them money for this scam.

Cons:

- Horrible performance for bad graphics
- Can't adjust graphics
- Can't change keybinds
- Sensitivity resets between episodes
- Story begins decent but goes down on the last chapter
- Game forces you to repeat a lot of steps and don't let you skips dialogues you already read multiple times until the choices needs to be made
- Can't save same

Good:
- acceptable story
- Cheap

The game feels like an episode of the twilight zone, it's interesting, but leaves you wanting something more and a bit of bittersweet taste after ending it

Not gonna vote against the game as it is not bad and is entertaining for some hours in a boring afternoon for a very cheap price, but I was hopping for more after seeing the 100% positive rate.

From should take the next two years as sabbatical ones to try to learn a decent engine, like unreal engine, unity or eveb minecraft, anyone is better than the one they are using.

They have great designers with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ engineers who don't know how to optimize a game since more than 10 years ago

It's time to take a rest, learn and come back with another tech, because this one, again, is a stutter fest, with locked fps and a performance that would make a choir of toddlers sound great.

It's the same spelunky as always, the one where you made stupid mistakes to die repeteadly, swear that you won't made that mistake again just to do it again in the first 30 seconds of the new run before going to the mirror to see if you have some kind of brain damage

But this time is more difficult.
