But seriously, buy this game. So many customization options for survivors and creatures. Nothing beats looking behind you and peeing your pants a little when you see a humanoid figure has been stalking your every move while you've been hunting for clues like your name is Velma Dinkley.

Spectacular survival game. Low amount of zeds, but the insanely terrifying PVP makes up for it. Only time I've ever been scared of a flashlight. 15 minutes into my first play, and I was chased down into the woods by a hatchet wielding maniac.

Looking forward to a female character model, not because my pink hoodie doesn't look great on my male model, but because I'd like an extra level of immersion.

Okay, update, I'm going back on my previous rec for this game from before. Buy White Noise 2 and save yourself $10 and many hours sitting in broken lobbies. White Noise 2 is everything Dead by Daylight could be if they had Devs more invested in FIXING THEIR BROKEN GAME instead of making $5+ Gameplay and Cosmetic DLC.
White Noise 2 is a finished 4v1 horror game with 10 survivors and 4 killers displaying unique traits in an in depth statistics system. Unlockable characters, skins, and flashlight perks definitely beat having to pay to unlock characters that should be free to begin with. Give it a shot, for $10 you will have a much more enjoyable experience.

A game that never seems to get old. With a plethora of mods and gameplay modes, it's made it possible for me to log over 700 hours on two accounts.

Some things are buggy and/or exploitable and have stayed that way due to a lack of recent updates, but in some odd way, it helps to add to the fun. Variability in spawns makes each playthrough unique, and helps to make Versus, Survival, and Scavenge modes feel fresh. The source engine graphics help to make a game from 2009 not seem dated. The community around this game can be awful, and it can be fantastic. Depends on whether it's been on sale lately or not.

Met the love of my life through this game, so I'm probably biased, but seriously, just buy it.

My family keeps knocking over my succulent pots in real life, and this game is perfect because there are no soccer balls or small children to threaten my semperviviums and lithops.

Good game!

A silly teamwork-fueled game for both casual and professional gamers. A great art style, fully developed humourous characters with lots of variability in gameplay, and a simple but well developed plot. One of my all time favorite games!
