Never played a game like this before. Completely new idea and execution.

Move over, reality—there’s a new epic adventure in town, and it’s called Baldur's Gate 3! If you’ve ever dreamed of living in a fantastical realm where goblins are a real nuisance, and every corner could lead to epic loot or a dramatic narrative twist, then cancel your plans and get comfy.

From the moment my character rolled their first die, I knew I was in for a wild ride. The graphics? Absolutely stunning. The storyline? Shakespeare wishes he wrote this. The characters? I’ve gotten more emotionally invested in my party members than my favorite TV show.

My virtual alter ego, a snarky wizard named Sparky McSpellface, has had more close calls and dramatic rescues than I care to admit. And let’s not even talk about the time I accidentally set our camp on fire while trying to roast a marshmallow... Pro tip: Fireball spells and campfires don’t mix.

The combat is thrilling and makes you feel like a tactical genius one moment, and like you’ve made a terrible life choice the next (looking at you, teleporting spiders). And the character interactions? I’d adopt my entire party if I could.

So, if you’re ready to kiss goodbye to your free time and dive into an adventure where every choice feels consequential and every battle can be won with enough clever thinking (or sheer luck), then Baldur's Gate 3 is your game. Just remember to occasionally rejoin the real world...they might start to miss you.

Finally a worth upgrade after a few years

2020 was a great year.
Couldn't have had a better ending to it than Cyberpunk.

Did not expect the game to be this good when I started playing it.

Over a 1000 names Codsworth(the robotic companion) can say. Not just the boring old "Sir" and "Ma'am".
