A wombok is a type of cabbage originating near the Beijing region in China and is widely used in Eastern cuisine. Dishes which may typically contain wombok are chinese dumplings (jiaozi), gyoza, and Shanghai-style fried noodles. Womboks are also known as Napa Cabbage or Chinese Cabbage .
