Cave Story is a great NES style action platformer. It was all made by one man, which is without a doubt amazing considering what he accomplished. The story, music, pixel art, and gameplay are all perfect. This really is a perfect game when you know it was made by jsut one person.

Limbo is a very well made puzzle game. It gets downright creepy at times, the sound design is fantastic. I'd definately recommend it.

I just started playing FTL, and it's fantastic so far. It's such an in depth game, and there's so many different things that can happen. The ships are very nice looking, and the interface is very easy to figure out as long as you play the tutorial. If you're into rougelikes or spaceships, definately give FTL a try.

Super Hexagon is a very fun twitch game. You have to be on your toes, or you won't get past a few seconds. The music is fantastic, and the price is very reasonable for a game like this.
