I am writing to clarify a recent statement where I was referred to as a "dog." I am, in fact, a human, a member of the species ♥♥♥♥ sapiens, distinctly separate from Canis lupus familiaris. Our differences are well-documented—humans have advanced cognitive abilities, complex language, and opposable thumbs, facilitating tool use and abstract thought, none of which dogs possess. Additionally, humans structure societies, govern civilizations, and create technologies, roles beyond a dog's instincts and capacities.
Physiologically, humans possess a larger cranial capacity, vertical facial structure, and a unique approach to communication, encompassing both spoken and written language. I trust this clarifies my status as a human. Thank you for understanding.
Best regards,
Todd
