There's way too many factors that peaked my enjoyment for Wartales that I find it difficult to pick the best topic to start off for this review. That being said, I can say I love every single aspect of the game so far EXCEPT for the Rhythm mini games for the bard profession but that's simply because I really really suck at it.

Now I found there's a bit of every aspects of games that I like in Wartales. From Runescape's movement, Fire Emblem's combat, Point and Click Indie game puzzle solving, Bannerlord's traversal, Progression systems of JRPGs, Conan Exile's capture system, Resource Management, Troop Management, Base Management, World Building management, Side stories and Exploration. There's probably many more that i've yet to discover since I've only 100%'d one area of the world so far. That still doesn't include the DLC's I can definitely see myself going over 500hrs in total in Wartales with this amount of replay-ability.

It's a tough game, for me at least. I'm playing on the Normal Difficulty and it's already been a challenge. You can basically play however you want like so far I only tried leading a team of 4-8 characters looks like we can definitely add more as there's no indication of any limit. You can be nice to everyone or be a ♥♥♥♥ it is completely up to you.

Story wise? there's stuff going on in the world sure but you and your team isn't in the center of it. Like you can participate in conflict and help each side on different battles and that's the beauty of wartales. My friend says the way I describe Wartales is that it's a sandbox game. Doesn't feel like it, but I understand why it comes across that way.

Will update once i try out the DLCs but for now this review is solely on the base game 100hours in.

Bannerlord is a type of game you can't complete in one seating it's also the type of game that you will go back to from time to time to try something different than your last playthrough. It has a fantastic progression system where you initially focus on your own character until you start a family and from there you'll be managing more people and facilitating their growth as well.

It's a bit difficult to be honest and very time consuming so I don't recommend it for any casual players unless you're really into medieval stuff and roleplay. I can guarantee you would have a different experience every new playthrough you do as i believe many of the mechanics are RNG aside from the initial characters when you started will be the same everytime. The new characters that comes in in 3 in-game years are very much RNG.

After all these years I'm still not yet done with bannerlord. I havent tried modding and multiplayer yet. So i can't say for sure in regards with experiences for those parts but vanilla bannerlord is plenty fun for me. If you're looking for a medieval game with a milder management system than CK3 then I would recommend Bannerlord 100%.

I enjoyed Need for Speed Unbound it's progression you could say has a bit of Time Management since we have like a set amount of days to grind out and upgrade our car until the 7th day where we put all that result to the test. If you played NFS: Heat then you wouldn't get lost in terms of what to do and how to go about into the world.

The races feels the same with the previous recent NFS games except at the beginning you'll definitely feel like your car sucks and is in need of upgrading which will then fix the issues you will have with driving speed, handling etc.

The story this time around was actually not bad. I was expecting it to be unrelatable cringe. But no! it's actually relatable cringe you know, somehow the balance is there. Like I could see dialogue to be used by actual people. Popculture hints are sprinkled around the discussions in game from references to Scooby doo to the fast and furious franchise. To make a long story short it's good probably needed some more consequences for actions (for the characters in the story) but otherwise it really isn't terrible.

- Never felt the urge to purchase using real money from the store but the option is still there if you like spending though.
- You can play offline and online so you don't have to be connected all of the time.
- Still no categorization when it comes to character customization. Literally all options are laid out for you to select all you need to do is to go through EVERYTHING to find what you're looking for aside from filtering it out which wouldve been easier to find stuff with.
- Clothes are mostly recoloured presets so if you're looking for like styling your main character it's still very limited as is with the previous NFS games.
- The music are not memorable at all but they have this beat that is suitable for driving/racing/escaping cops. It's pretty mindless, I don't think you'll find yourself humming tunes form this game. Then again i'm 30, i might just be too old to jam to these songs.

But yeah I picked this up during the free weekend thingy. So if you get the same opportunity I suggest you give it a try specially if you like NFS games. Or get it during a sale. It's not a waste of time at all.

Starbound by itself has plenty of stuff to do. It gets overwhelming at first as with any survival game when you don't know what to do or where to go. But as soon as you slowly pick things up here and there you get into the sense of collecting and exploration as the planet you started with feels smaller and smaller with each passing time you proceed to get into space and go through each solar system you can find.

The main questline helps you get better things so I recommend you do those but I don't feel like it's required honestly. Then once all of that's done start getting into trying out mods for this game as those tend to expand the universe you're playing in. From more Playable Races, equipment, biomes, blocks you name it. It's a fantastic time killer of a game specially when you're playing with friends where you all share one base and show off what you found.

I don't think it's going to receive more updates at this point so if you want new stuff in the game best bet is for you to check out the mods

Abiotic factor is a fascinating puzzle solving game leaning towards management and exploration. Albeit I never focused on the management part of the game since I played with friends who handled that segment. For my part, the Exploration and Scavenging aspects was really engaging. Having the scour the map and finding the missing pieces to proceed was the highlight of my playthrough.

The atmosphere is this Creepy Mystery vibe that emanates on each location is intriguing enough that makes you investigate every nook and cranny. There are parts where you have to manage the needs of your character or else you die but dying isn't really consequential. What I mean by that is sure you die and you drop all your things. You can still recover them by revisiting the spot where you died. So dying is more of a bother since you have to travel all the way to were you died at. So make sure to set up spawn points.

Overall me and my friends managed to reach the latest content update as I believe we were playing in early access. But they were the ones who did the heavy lifting while I just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ around and picked everything up.

I played this because Shogun (2024) promised of an upcoming war that will unify japan under one rule that was never shown in the show and i was massively disappointed so i said "Fine, i'll do it myself" played Total War: Shogun 2 until i got what i wanted. 9 hours well spent. worth it. Now to try it on a higher difficulty

It just might be the best "Raise your child" game of recent time. Though not gonna lie, The older titles of the same genre seems to be more in depth when it comes to mechanics. But otherwise Volcano Princess is very well made. Excelling storytelling, told in a variety of ways depending on your actions. Management is key with what crops you plant what job you get, what skills you train, and of course where to spend your "energy" on. You can befriend everybody in one playthrough but of course you can only end up with one of them. The Characters are unique with their own storylines and half of which are romance-able. There is no way you can get everything in just one playthrough.

This is Awesome!

Looking back on all the farming games I played and then going into Coral Island, Coral island delivers a very familiar experience. You won't be lost, there is no way you won't know what to do. It has everything you encountered in all the farming games you've played in one package. From earning money through various things like Farming, Fishing, Animal Husbandry, Collecting, Scavenging and Going in Dungeons. At the same time you have this vast list of NPCs that makes the town very much alive. Aside from the initial 50+ NPCs you can Befriend or Romance (around 28 romance-able characters as of writing this review), you also have NPCs you can interact with that are there as other inhabitants of the island.

There is already a ton of stuff to do in Coral Island and from the looks of it, they're planning to add more in future updates.

Good Art, Good Music, Good 3D designs and most important, a simple questline that drives motivation.
Everything I could ask for in a farming game.

10/10 for unlimited tries in event minigames without needing to load the game if I lost

Just finished a playthrough, I'll make this review short and sweet. THAT WAS FREAKING AWESOME. All the options are there so you aren't locked to Good or Evil playthrough you can be good at first then bad and then good again AND THEN BAD AGAIN it depends on your choices. I really like this. 10/10 my sheer hype compels me to give it a 10/10. Thank you Larian Studios. Money well spent!

Every reference in this game can be traced back to any of the Hololive member's streams. It's all unique and nobody is the same so you can replay this game over and over and still get different results. As a fellow fan, I commend the developers and his/her peers that contributed to making this game they made it with passion and they 100% know their source material.

10/10 made for the talent and their fans but still welcoming to those who know nothing of Hololive.
