Öncelikle gta IV e göre optimizasyonda ve grafikte iyileştirmeler olmuş demek ki istenirse yapılabiliyor.Oyun hikaye bakımından akıcı.Lost and damned te motorla liberty city i gezmek (Johhny K motordan hemen düşmez niko gibi değil :D), çete savaşlarına katılmak,Ballad of gay tony de Luis in hayatı ve yaşadıkları aklımda kalan efsane noktalar.The Ballad of Gay Tony görevleri hem senaryo hem zorluk seviyesi hemde zevk alma bakımından gta IV e damga vurmuştur.

Gta serisinin her oyunu güzeldir tabiki san andreas taki gibi kendinizi oyunun icindeki hissetmeyi beklemeyin ayrıca bu oyundaki optimizasyon sorunları oyunun kalitesini düsürmüs.
