If you're going to brand yourself as a "rogue-like" "bullet-hell" game, fix your optimization so that the "bullets" don't lag the game, and you have at least half a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ second of immunity frames...

I have played this game many times, been up and down the ranks many times, owned hundreds of dollars worth of digital items for this game, played this game for YEARS, and used to love this game.

No, I don't ever recommend this game. The only reason people still play this game is because they either: have items worth thousands, got this game for free to try it out, or have a career based around this game. No one plays this game for "fun" anymore, and Valve knows this. They don't give a ♥♥♥♥ that people don't enjoy this game anymore, they only care about the money it rakes in. Free game with real money gambling where the only way they can sell their winnings is on valve's own item market where they take a whopping 15 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PERCENT. Valve doesn't give a single ♥♥♥♥ about their game's community, they only give a ♥♥♥♥ about the money. That's how its been since about Operation Bloodhound. This game is awful, god awful and I recommend it to no one, even with it being free right now.
Make a new game Valve, stop updating this pile of steaming ♥♥♥♥.

I've grown up with this game ever since the earliest public beta. I am incredibly passionate about how much this game means to me and how much I think everyone should play it. Even though I don't play it as much as I did the past couple years, this game is amazing. With the very last update coming out this year, it hurts my childhood heart, but brings me tears of joy to see the game I love finally come to a developmental close. I grew up alongside this game, sinking hundreds of hours into every content update and beating the game dozens of times. This is my favorite game of all time, and I will hold myself to that until the day I die. I cannot believe a small indie game from 2011 would have such a monumental impact on my life, but it did. Terraria will surely live on in the modding community, having amazing creators from all around the world contributing to make an already incredible game into an even more enjoyable one.
Everyone should play this game, not only because it's got great gameplay, but to experience how truly unique and addicting this game is.

Don't even considering bying this game! Not even if its on sale. It gives you NO tutorial and is a total waste of money for the s***ty gameplay it gives you.
