Some people weren't a fan of the combat system release. Ironically, it's a nerfed version of current FF7 Remake Mechanics, both of which I find fun. I love the license board system to build characters, each getting a multiclass of 2 classes.

The story is pretty dece, kind of cheesy, but I like some cringe wholesomeness sometimes. It might be easy to get annoyed by the character's attitudes. They are all pretty optimistic characters in general.

I love the items and the art.

The game is pretty grindy, which is a turn off. But when I play games like this, I'm not afraid to turn a one-hit mod on to farm my level at 4x game speed. Hate me if you want, I don't care. I'm not personally going to spend 20 hours farming chains for gold/xp.

Even if you don't grind the game, it's pretty fun. If you're underleveled, it is a bit challenging. There's no difficulty setting, but you can impose your own restrictions to make the game more difficult if you feel the need.

I mean it's cute and all but there's nothing very worth your while. I would get it if you like reading various attributes of characters, like their height, weight, etc. They give little bio's too. There are nice descriptions of both main characters and of the classes you are able to make, but I really don't think it has monetary value. It's literally the equivalent of a tiny book that you insert into the game case of a physical version. Paying any money for it at all is absurd. You could probably find these character descriptions on the ****ing wikipedia. Get it if you want to tip the game creators. I would honestly rather buy 2 coffee's.
