Playing this game in 2018 was a hassle. Story is good for a game adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft and there are some fun puzzles and interesting design choices but gameplay and some game mechanics did not age well. Saving system is frustrating, very inconsistent, sometimes you get three saving points in row not far from each other and sometimes you need to repeat longer sections of the game with bossfights included before you figure out what you need to do in that particular part. Game tends to kill you quite often without warning.

For the low price I would recommend the experience, it definitely has some fun moments but for me game had a gamebreaking bug in last 5 minutes (falling ceiling bug) which on my 64 bit system was not fixable both with the patch and solutions suggested on steam forums. You have been warned.
