the series was recommended to me, and we ended up on the 3rd game first. it was a fun experience and now my friend and i will be going back to play the first two, then swap roles on the third

Been playing Wayfinder since before Early access, and i have seen it in many forms. I'm glad to finally see it reach the 1.0 release

The latest content added with this update is very cool, such as some of the new hunts. its been a nice challenge figuring out the mechanics. and the laest Wayfinder is really fun to play.

Overall, i wish Airship had the opportunity to launch the game like this. It is a stronger game than the Live Service experience the former publisher was planning.

it's a great ARPG, and i truly hope to see it grow more from where it is right now. What it has now is good, a fun time especially when partying up with 2 friends to tackle the dungeons and boss fights. And they hare working on a lobby browser and Matchmaking, so maybe it can reach something close to the heights they aimed for before.

i greatly recommend it.

also, Niss.

I find myself falling in a good flow when i play this. it has a fantastic selection of music, which for a game like this is so important, as you shoot and dash to the beat. when i would play with my friends we would all pick characters to voice during cutscenes, so i got some extra enjoyment from that

This game is a gem, a real diamond in the rough. I had only played through a shard of this game in the game and got more enjoyment out just the *Demo* of this game than many games i've paid for. I do so wish the 60+ hours counted by steam that I spent in the demo alone for this game transferred with with my saves.

If you love strategic JRPGS
If you love Job Systems
If you love managing your Party

If you love adventuring.

This is your game

Undoubtedly one of my favorite games, between the satisfying endless and challenging game play loop, and the Superb Soundtrack. Get this game, then buy the soundtrack on Bandcamp. its that good.

upon first booting up the game, it struck me with its aesthetics. it felt like 1998, and i was playing a Late-DOS game or other win98 game. it helped set the mood for an unsettling experience.

I missed the full game the first time around on console, but played the demo briefly, it felt good, but i didn't really know what i was going to experience until it hit Steam.

i played through the story the first time in about 2 weeks, doing missions and experiencing the world. The game was such a solid experience, great combat, the music awesome, and i defintiely recommend getting it when you can.

First impression:

What a silly concept. are you sure it isn't a dating sim? okay, thats fine.
....

"nobody wants to play a Visual Novel based on a book"

i enjoy the humor that the devs have put into the game, and i appreciate the self awareness. like [SPOILERS] a character name Baldur, who guards a gate. it's the little things that are always great. in a game that is so text heavy, having good humor is what matters to me

and music. music is also good,

if you are in the market for a small RPG of some unknown genre with a premise that shouldn't work but kinda does, you would do well to pick up This (old) one
