As a founder, I want to take this review more seriously than most. The game has an awesome community, occaisionally riddled with in-jokes and memes. The devs are usually open and keep players up to date. Crazy fast updates. War Within took almost a year, but there was content between, usually a couple weeks between new weapons or larger content packs. The entire game can be played for free (I highly recommend Brozime's Free-to-Playthough on YouTube if you doubt).
The game is entirely run on the idea of collecting weapons, frames, and other stuff; therefore, if you aren't one for collecting or completing games, this may not be the best fit.
It's a wonderful game and I wish more people played.
If you need more convincing, look at the playtime of everyone. This game is great.
