🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 | Total War: Shogun Review

20 hours played... last in 2014

Total War: Shogun – a timeless classic of strategy gaming, where the art of war meets the elegance of feudal Japan. Despite my modest 20 hours of playtime and the fact that I last played it in 2014, this game still holds a special place in my heart (and Steam library).

Gameplay: Imagine meticulously planning your grand strategy, only to have it all fall apart because you underestimated the enemy’s ninja. It’s like playing chess, except your pawns can betray you, and your knights occasionally set your castle on fire.

Graphics: For a game released in the early 2010s, it still looks pretty good! The detailed battlefields and unit designs make you feel like you’re directing an epic samurai movie – if that movie also had you frantically clicking and wondering where all your archers went.

Soundtrack: The music is so good that it makes even losing your last stronghold feel poetic. I’ve caught myself humming the battle tunes in moments of quiet contemplation, much to the confusion of everyone around me.

Fun Fact: In my 20 hours of gameplay, I mastered the art of getting ambushed. But hey, at least my ninja skills improved… in theory.

Monetization: Unlike many modern games, there’s no bombardment of in-game purchases here. It’s refreshing to play a game where victory isn’t tied to your credit card limit.

10/10 would recommend, especially if you enjoy reminiscing about games you were really into a decade ago. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to dust off my katana and dive back in for old times’ sake.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 | War Thunder Review

Playing time: Probably more than I'd like to admit

Fun fact: Playing War Thunder with a mouse and keyboard is like trying to fly a jet with chopsticks. The real fun starts when you grab a controller or, even better, a joystick. Suddenly, I wasn't just flailing around in the sky; I was soaring.

Ground mode with tanks? Not bad at all. Rolling over enemy lines like a boss, until some guy with a premium tank I can’t pronounce shows up and turns me into scrap metal.

Speaking of premium tanks, this game is like a mall – full of in-game purchases, currencies, and game passes. It's free to play, but the price of not spending can be your sanity. I wish it wasn’t a free-to-play game. I’d rather drop 60 Euros once than get owned by players who’ve invested their life savings into it. Sure, I could be one of them, but buying my way to victory feels like cheating on an exam – it just ain't fair.

10/10 would still prefer paying once and actually standing a chance!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 | Ready or Not Review

3.8 hours played... again

Fun fact: The original AI in Ready or Not is like an aimbot on steroids that can spin around and shoot you through everything. So, I installed the AI upgrade mod, and wow, what a difference. Suddenly, my enemies weren’t psychic ninjas but actual humans.

To get the mod, just launch the game and head to the mods section – it’s like finding a treasure chest of sanity in a sea of chaos.

I originally refunded this game because the AI was basically a team of omniscient hackers. But now that I've repurchased it and installed the AI upgrade mod, the game is actually playable and enjoyable. My 3.8 hours were filled with tactical fun instead of AI-induced rage.

10/10 would recommend modding your way to a better game experience!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 | Counter-Strike 2 Review

1,113.2 hours played... kind of

Fun fact: All my hours were on Global Offensive. Ah, the good old days – countless nights as a teen, playing with friends and match-making with people who didn't speak the same language. It was something special, like a chaotic UN meeting with guns.

I've been playing since CS 1.6, and let me tell you, those were the glory days. I made some new friends, a lot of enemies, and enough salty tears to fill Dust II.

And then... Valve decided to make CS 2 and remove "upgrade" Global Offensive. Steam says I’ve played 1,113.2 hours of CS 2, but we know the truth. It's like telling everyone you’ve been dating your ex’s twin this whole time.

10/10 would nostalgically reminisce again while pretending CS 2 is the same!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 | Big Ambitions Review

9.1 hours in...

I started with nothing, just a small loan from my uncle and a dream. My first business? A hotdog stand. Turns out, location is key because setting up next to a vegan festival wasn’t my brightest idea.

Then I moved on to a laundromat. Turns out, it’s not just about washing clothes – who knew you had to actually maintain the machines? My customers loved the “wash one, break one free” deal.

Finally, I hit the big leagues with a nightclub. Let me tell you, nothing says success like hiring a DJ who only plays accordion music and watching your customers suffer dance the night away.

10/10 would chase my wild business dreams again!

Starvation hit the colony hard, so naturally, we went hunting for muffalo. But surprise! These muffalo had anger management issues and decided to fight back. In the ensuing chaos:

Fraid had a breakdown and thought, "You know what this colony needs? More fire!" So he set everything ablaze.

Meanwhile, Michael decided it was the perfect time for some deep meditation in the middle of the inferno.

10/10 would watch my colony burn again!

I remember going home and starting up this game. That was back in 2011-2012. A fun game which had unique FPS/RTS element. Having one player chosen as the commander effecting the battlefield was amazing. Sadly it was fun only for few hours. I will be waiting for Nuclear dawn version 2.

Personally I loved battlefield 4. Battlefield v and 1 just doesn't feel the same. I don't know why. I would not recommend buying this unless it is on sale. Battlefield 6 is coming this year, from what I have heard.

I would wait for that. Sadly BF 5 has lots of hackers and not much of team work.

My experience starting as a new player on 2021:
Because you are low level, people kick you out of the squad, they leave your squad.
Higher level squad leaders don't give any orders, you can request a order and they have 60 seconds to give one or you become the squad leader.
Sometimes this works, on other times they just kick you out.

It would be nice to see more communication on voice chat, sadly this isn't the case. People just use the ping and mostly don't play it as a squad. Most people love to just play it solo.

When you get lucky and have a good squad which plays as a squad, you get lots of things done and the game is awesome. Running under the fire to safe a fallen soldier, while a tank and a hacker is attacking you is great.

I'm big fan of this series, but this version was not what I expected.

I loved the older version where the AI was good and you could do a lot more. Now it feels too much point and click and freeplay doesn't give you any rewards (E.G on old versions you would get money from finishing emergencys. Now you get points WooHoo .. )

This is almost same as the last two versions.. I would wait for big discount, before buying this(Thanks steam for refund function)

Houkuttele alinpomo esiin tuhoamalla hänen omaisuutta, mene alapomon kimppuun, houkuttele pomo esiin tuhoamalla hänen omaisuutta, mene pomon kimppuun ja sitten alkaa homma alusta...
