Bought the game when the episode 5 just aired and my girlfriend recommended me because she said it has a good and nice story.
So, I can say that, this is my first 2d indie game that I actually enjoyed, the animation by far is the greatest, the OST's as well, I just love it, the only thing that this game miss is the "choices matters", I would've loved that,but anyway the episode 5 was a cliffhanger, let's hope for a sequel or a DLC at least.

Saw on the internet that the game has a secret ending when you complete the game 100% achievements, even so, its still a cliffhanger for me.

What a time to be alive.

So, after I stopped 3 years ago playing this, I decided to try it again, so...first thing first, the game doesn't start anymore, without any errors, I tried to look for solutions and I saw many others like me and of course not a single developer/moderator answered, like they don't give a sh*t anymore about us, also another thing that triggered me was the fact that many players got their account banned without any reason, I saw at least 2 topics of complains about it and again, none answered them, maybe even my account is banned, but who knows.
I really really loved the game, I've played it since its release date and lots of lots of private servers and its sad for me to see that developers treat us and the game like garbage.
I can't recommend the steam or non-steam version of this game anymore...play private servers instead, this game is dead.

I simply cannot recommend this so called "sequel" of Max Payne 2 at all, I feel like this game is an insult, why would you just want to turn Max into an alcoholic depressed loser, with a lowkey job such as "babysitting" some interlopers from...Brasil, what a perfect "fresh start". Besides the story, the game itself can be very irritating with lots of random flashes and glitches that can be very annoying, also its not very optimised in widescreen, cinematics for example, so my verdict is to simply play Max Payne 2 with mods such as MP3 mod (its like a remastered version), instead of playing this game, its just bad.

Not gonna lie but, if you played Max Payne 3 first, like probably many others did, you MUST play this one too, its a masterpiece. I remember when I was a kid, this was my first serious game that I've finished, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I was so happy to see this on Steam and finish it again and again, just play it, this game has everything like action, a sad love story and many villains who wants you dead.
I almost forgot, this game can be played with mods, just google it and you will find many fun mods to play, you can even play the first Max Payne, how funny is that.

Kept playing it just to see the pig in action, but in the end, I've played for Ivor.

Sadly though this game is gone from Steam Market due to Telltale Games being bankrupted, the only way you can play it is to buy it from other markets only if you're lucky enough to find some leftover Steam keys.
